Terms & Conditions of Use
These Terms govern access to and use of the sloanone.com site and the Sloan platform. By registering or using the service, you accept these Terms; if you do not agree, do not use the platform.
3.1 Who we are
The Sloan site and platform are operated by Sloandigital INC (hereinafter, "Sloan").
3.2 Service description
Sloan is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform that combines a CRM with a built-in sales methodology and artificial intelligence. The offering includes:
- Citas en línea: scheduling and appointments for service professionals.
- Sales Line (CRM): three tiers — Starter, Ecosystem One, and Sloan Enterprise.
3.3 Registration and account
- You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
- You are responsible for the confidentiality of your credentials and for the activity carried out with your account.
- You must be over 18 and have the legal capacity to contract (a card or payment method in your name is required).
3.4 Free trial
We offer a 10-day free trial, with no card required, to evaluate the service before subscribing. At the end of the trial period, you must choose a paid plan to keep using the platform.
3.5 Plans and pricing
- Prices are expressed in U.S. dollars (USD) and include the Citas en línea, Starter, Ecosystem One, and Sloan Enterprise plans, as published on the pricing page.
- The published prices correspond to the annual subscription. The monthly payment option is available at a higher rate, in order to encourage the annual plan.
- The subscription renews automatically at the end of each period, unless canceled.
- Payments are processed through PayPal.
- Applicable taxes are added in accordance with current legislation.
3.6 Plan changes, cancellation, and refunds
You can upgrade your plan at any time from your account; the change takes effect immediately. Due to data and configuration compatibility, returning to a lower plan is not possible.
You can cancel renewal whenever you wish; cancellation takes effect at the end of the already-paid period and does not generate refunds.
We do not grant refunds for started periods or for voluntary cancellations. So you can evaluate the platform before paying, we offer the 10-day free trial described in section 3.4. A refund will only apply if Sloan suffers a general service failure or outage that materially and persistently prevents its use.
3.7 Acceptable use
You agree not to: (i) use the service for unlawful purposes; (ii) send unsolicited communications (spam) through the platform; (iii) breach Sloan's security or access data without authorization; (iv) reverse-engineer the software; or (v) upload third-party personal data without a legitimate basis to do so.
3.8 User and third-party data
You are responsible for the data you upload to the platform, including that of your clients or prospects, and you declare that you have a legitimate basis to process it. With respect to that data, Sloan acts as the processor and handles it solely in accordance with your instructions and the Privacy Policy.
3.9 Artificial intelligence assistant (Maya)
The platform includes an artificial intelligence assistant called Maya, whose use operates on token consumption. Each account receives 10,000 starter tokens at no extra cost. If you need more tokens, you can purchase them as an add-on from your account. Maya's responses are generated automatically and may contain inaccuracies; you are responsible for reviewing them before acting on them.
3.10 Intellectual property
The software, the Sloan brand, logos, and site content are owned by Sloandigital INC or used under license. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the platform in accordance with these Terms.
3.11 Availability and support
We make reasonable efforts to keep the service available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may perform scheduled maintenance, aiming to give advance notice when possible.
3.12 Limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is." To the extent permitted by applicable law, Sloan will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, nor for loss of data or lost profits.
3.13 Privacy
The processing of personal data is governed by the Privacy Policy.
3.14 Changes to the Terms
We may modify these Terms; the current version will be published on the site with its update date. Continued use of the service implies acceptance of the changes.
3.15 Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the federal laws of the United States of America and, secondarily, by the laws of the state in which Sloandigital INC is incorporated.
3.16 Contact
